Hi, my name is Kari! I am the owner and primary therapist at KASA. I live and practice speech-language pathology in southeastern MA
Credentials:
More about Kari Sawin:
Following graduate school, I worked with the geriatric population, providing cognitive-communication, aphasia, and swallowing therapy in various skilled nursing facilities. After three years of working in health care, I decided to make a change and have been working with children ever since!
As an SLP with 13 years of experience, my work in pediatrics has been primarily in the elementary public school setting for 10+ years. I found passion in working with children and families to help achieve success, both in and out of school. As a mother of two young children, I bring care, compassion, and patience to my practice that only a mother could.
I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and dreaming up my next travel adventure!
